Trotz Umbestellung immer noch falsche Größe

Trotz ausmessen mit Ringmaßband falsche Größe. Andere Ringe von anderen Anbietern in dieser Größe passen perfekt. Haben den Ring dann noch einmal kleiner bestellt in der Hoffnung das dieser dann passt, trotzdem weiterhin viel zu groß. Leider würde bei einer erneuten Bestellung der Ring nicht mehr rechtzeitig zu unserer Hochzeit ankommen wofür er gedacht ist.
Sonst ist der Ring wunderschön, weshalb wir ihn trotzdem behalten und anderweitig versuchen werden ihn anpassen zu lassen. würde fast schon sagen schöner als auf den Bildern. Nur würde sich für mich persönlich bei solch einem schmalen Ring in Zukunft keine Gravur mehr lohnen da diese mit dem bloßen Auge kaum zu erkennen ist, zu lesen gar nicht.

Truly an amazing experience! I completed a custom order with Esdomera. They were super patient and responsive, especially with how specific and picky I was. They made changes when I overlooked things and also helped me pick design options that made the most sense. The ring arrived 3 weeks after we finalized the design, and it is everything I wanted! I was nervous about ordering from an online shop outside the US but they really put me at ease and they stand behind their work. I also received the verification report for my stone. 10/10!!

I ordered this ring and from the pictures on the website it looked like a beautiful ring. After waiting a month for it to get to me, I was SO disappointed when I opened it. It looks nothing like the picture! I knew it was gold plated, but I figured a 140 dollar ring would look like real gold. Nope! The “yellow gold” plating looks orange! So orange I just knew it was going to turn my finger green. The stones were okay but the whole thing overall is awful. I messaged the company asking for a refund but they said it was “personal preference” (more like false advertising!) and were going to take ten percent of my refund and then twenty percent for shipping charges. 0/0 would not recommend!!
