All Esdomera jewelry is handmade to order and ships from the fulfillment center closest to you. We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Hong Kong — so most customers receive their orders without cross-border import fees or long customs delays.

Production Time

Because every ring, necklace, and pair of earrings is crafted specifically for you, please allow 7–28 business days for production before your order ships. This applies to all items, including those with custom engraving or stone selections.

Please note: Selecting expedited shipping speeds up transit — it does not reduce the 7–28 day production period. Your jewelry still needs to be made first.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT EXPEDITED DELIVERY: For Made-to-Order items, choosing expedited shipping will not affect the time that it takes to create your jewelry. It will still take up to 2-5 weeks to make and ship your jewelry. We require a signature for delivery of all orders.

We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information.

Wrong address disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for packages returned due to undeliverable addresses. If you need to change your address, contact us at service@esdomera.com immediately after placing your order.

Tax Policy: We ship to all countries, and customers around the world will be tax free.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a direct carrier link. You can also log into your Esdomera account at any time to view your tracking details.

If you haven't received a shipping notification within 3 business days of your production window ending, please email us at service@esdomera.com with your order number.

Good to Know

  • We ship to physical home and business addresses only — no P.O. boxes.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at service@esdomera.com.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Esdomera ships duty-included for the US, UK, EU, and Australia. Customers in other regions are responsible for any applicable local import fees.

Shipping FAQ

Do you really offer free shipping on everything?
Yes — Standard Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Free Expedited Shipping is also available automatically when your order total meets our qualifying threshold (visible at checkout).
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at service@esdomera.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
My package hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link for the latest carrier update. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at service@esdomera.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier investigation and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, EU countries, and Australia — no additional import fees apply. For all other regions, import duties depend on your country's local regulations. We recommend checking your country's import threshold before ordering.
