Do you offer live chat or phone support?
We currently handle all customer support via email. This allows our team to give each inquiry the careful, thorough attention it deserves — rather than rushed phone responses. For urgent matters (e.g., incorrect address on a just-placed order), please mark your email subject line as URGENT.
Can I visit a showroom or pick up my order in person?
Esdomera is an online-only retailer. We do not operate physical showrooms. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in the US, UK, Germany, or Australia. We offer detailed 360° ring videos and a 30-day return policy so you can shop with confidence.
I need my order urgently — can you rush it?

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?
