Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty

  • We offer 3 months FREE fixing and exchanging warranty for all quality problems. 
  • For items over 3 months, we recommend having them repaired at your local jeweler. Alternatively, we can provide free side stones so that you can have the item fixed locally; however, you will need to cover the shipping cost. Customers in the United States will charge a shipping fee of $20, and the shipping time is 7 working days. For other areas outside the United States, we will charge a shipping fee of $30, and the shipping time is 5-20 working days.
  • We offer lifetime warranty for the Moissanite center stone, please be informed that it specifically covers instances where scratches or cloudiness appear on the stone. Please note that the replacement or setting process should be carried out at a local jewelry store. In the event of returning the ring for a replacement, reasonable repair costs will be applicable.

Cancellation

All made-to-order items will be sent to production within 24 hours after we receive the payment. Each made-to-order item is customized based on your own preference.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing your order are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 1 week will incur a 30% fee covering material and processing costs.
  • Cancellations made within 2 weeks will incur a 40% fee.
  • If the ring is fully made and ready for shipment, a 50% fee will be applied to cover the costs.
  • Once the product has been shipped (including cases where the package has arrived but is refused or not collected), a 50% cancellation fee will also apply.

Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order. Customized items and the rings with custom sizes will not be accepted for cancellation after 48 hours. And we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Return Policies

As each ring/jewelry piece is handmade, a restocking fee of 10% will apply for returns due to personal reasons. For high-value items, additional restocking fees may apply.

Personal reasons include, but are not limited to:
a. Incorrect size (customer measured incorrectly or did not convert to US size)
b. Dislike of the style, color, or appearance when worn
c. Not as expected (even if the product matches the description)
d. No longer needed
e. Incorrect engraving content (due to information provided by the customer)
f. Recipient does not like it / changes in personal relationships or other subjective factors

  • We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Please contact us for the return address and send back the item within 7 days.
  • All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
  • Returns without the Moissanite certificate (where applicable) are subject to 30% of your order for a replacement fee for each missing card.
  • Items that have been modified by a company other than ESDOMERA may not be returned.
  • Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Packages without a authorization or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.
  • Returning the item without contacting us beforehand may result in the package being untrackable or lost. In such cases, a refund cannot be processed, or the customer may bear the risk.
  • Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Clearance, select services are not covered under our normal returns and guarantees policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days after we receive the returned item, minus engraving fees, shipping, packaging, rush fees, and any other applicable charges.
  •  Customized items and the rings with custom sizes  will not be accepted for return.
  • If multiple items are purchased for try-on purposes and only a portion is kept, a 20% service fee will be charged based on the total order amount to cover the cost of the try-on service.
    Please note: Customized items are non-refundable. 

PLEASE NOTE: ESDOMERA reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous returns policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

Note: We have different warehouses, please contact us for return address before shipping the packages back. 

Exchange

  • If we have already started producing your original order, an additional fee of $25 per ring will apply.
  • If you wish to exchange the item after receiving it, an additional fee of a minimum of $30 per ring will apply.
    The exchange cost varies depending on the material (tungsten, Damascus steel, 925 silver, or 10k/14k/18k gold rings). Please contact us for the exact fee. Thank you for your understanding.

How To Return An Order

Get The Nearest Return Address

Contact us at service@esdomera.com to the nearest return address. Our Customer Service Representative will get back to you within 24 hours and will send the return address via email.

After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PACKAGE. THAT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS AND WILL AFFECT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

Prepare Your Return

Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including complimentary gift, the packing slip and any certificates (otherwise 30% of your order for replacement fee per certificate will be charged).

Enclose your item(s) inside the original jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order.

Write your Order Number (order number starts with #ESxxxx) on the outside of the package you are returning.

For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.

If you need to return an item, you need to write the Order Number clearly on the label or the outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the Order Number is present and clear on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email at service@esdomera.com

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at the local post office. Obtain a receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped as this receipt will act as proof of insurance. And send the tracking number or the receipt to service@esdomera.com

ESDOMERA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.

 

Receipt and Inspection

Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item. Inspection time may take up to three (3) business days. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.Usually it may take 1-3 working days.

Refund

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@esdomera.com
