2.Add your design to your cart and click Checkout. Your total for the quote should be $0.Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct upon checkout;
3.Once you have submitted your customization quote request, our customization team will get back to you with a quote via the email you provided or via phone call within 24 hours.
Steps of Customization ? ?
1. Esdomera creates and sends the customer a CAD image within 48 hours, The customer must then confirm that the CAD image is to their liking, or request any adjustments. A free ring sizer to confirm the customer's size can be sent upon request.
2. Esdomera?creates and processes the jewelry (this usually takes 7-10 business days).
3. Esdomera?sends pictures of the finished jewelry for the customer's final approval via email;
4.?Esdomera?ships the jewelry (shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days),
5. The jewelry is received by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship items all around the world, we have warehouse in United States, UK, Germany, Australia and Hong Kong:
Orders to United States will be shipped out from our US's warehouse;
Orders to Europe will be shipped out from our UK/Germany's warehouse;
Orders to Australia will be shipped out from our Australia's warehouse;
Orders to other countries will be shipped out from Hong Kong;
Since most items on our website are handmade, which is made to order, please wait for 7-14 workdays for handmade production before the shipping. If you want to rush the order, please contact us before hand and we'll advice the time issue.
Shipping Methods & Shipping Fees
Option 1. Standard shipping (7-15 Working days) - - USPS, Royal Mail, DE DHL Parcel, Global Mail etc.
We provide standard free shipping for all orders.
Please refer to the payment page to confirm the free express shipping info. We will offer free express shipping service automatically if your order price reaches our policy.

Option 2. Expedited Shipping (2-7 Working days) - - USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, EMS etc.
In addition to standard express, we also offer expedited express. Please go to the payment page to select the courier method. The expedited delivery fee for customers in the United States is $20. Expedited shipping costs $30 for all areas except the US.

***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT EXPEDITED DELIVERY: For Made-to-Order items, choosing expedited shipping will not affect the time that it takes to create your jewelry. It will still take up to 7-14 working days to make and ship your jewelry. Then it will ship via expedited shipping.
We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order.

Track Your Order
After we send out your order, an automatic shipment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you have used to place your order.
In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel.
So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us a email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for the shipment information.
At the same time, you can also login your account to get the tracking number if you have not received the shipment email.
Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
Complete: complete means we have sent the dress but not means the customer has received the dress.
Please Note that we are investing more technical resource to make our system powerful and giving better user experience, but it's step by step processes, if you have some troubles or problems with our system, please let us know.
Warranty & Refund Policy
We offer lifetime warranty for the Moissanite center stone, and 3 months free warranty for the whole ring/ jewelry. For orders over 3 months, when items needed to be repaired, we can offer free side stones so that you can have it fixed in local jewelry store,You need to bear the shipping cost of the side stones. Customers in the United States will charge a shipping fee of $20, and the shipping time is 2-7 working days. For other areas outside the United States, we will charge a shipping fee of $30, and the shipping time is 2-7 working days. Or you can send the ring/ jewelry back to us to fix, we'll charge for the repairment and handeling accordingly, and you need to bear the shipping cost yourself.
All made-to-order items will be sent to production within 5 hours after we receive the payment. Each made-to-order item is customized based on your own preference. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order. Customized or engraved items and the rings with custom sizes will not be accepted for cancellation after 24 hours. And we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry.
- All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
- Returns without the Moissanite certificate (where applicable) are subject to 30% of your order for a replacement fee for each missing card.
- Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than ESDOMERA may not be returned.
- Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Packages without a authorization or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.
- Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- ESDOMERA will deduct the shipping fee (this is the shipping fee we sent out to you, it varies depending on the country), and gift packaging charges ($20) from the refund.
- International orders, clearance, select services and other items are not covered under our normal returns and guarantees policy.
- Customized or engraved items and the rings with custom sizes will not be accepted for return.
PLEASE NOTE: ESDOMERA reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous returns policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

How To Return An Order
Get The Nearest Return Address
Contact us at email@example.com to the nearest return address. Our Customer Service Representative will get back to you within 24 hours and will send the return address via email.
After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PACKAGE. THAT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS AND WILL AFFECT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.
Prepare Your Return
- Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including complimentary gift, the packing slip and any certificates (otherwise 30% of your order for replacement fee per certificate will be charged).
- Enclose your item(s) inside the original jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order.
- Write your Order Number (order number starts with #ESxxxx) on the outside of the package you are returning.
- For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
If you need to return an item, you need to write the Order Number clearly on the label or the outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the Order Number is present and clear on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at the local post office. Obtain a receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped as this receipt will act as proof of insurance. And send the tracking number or the receipt to email@example.com
ESDOMERA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Receipt and Inspection
Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item. Inspection time may take up to three (3) business days. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.Usually it may take 1-3 working days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
