The packaging was well done, and the velvet boxes that held the rings were encased in bubble wrap. There was 0 damage on anything once the package was opened. The customer service? Well done! I had explained a situation where I required the package to be delivered straight to the door, and sure enough, it was. The seller, ensuring that the delivery instructions were included with the package, gave me assurance that the rings would be delivered and not be grabbed by someone else. I'm very grateful for the product, the care in packaging, and the modifications to the delivery instructions. I would order from them again in the future if my husband and I decide to get a different set.
