1.Upload a Microsoft Word file containing a picture (jpg, png) of your design and the details/ facts of the piece of jewelry desired (examples of details include: the size & color ( DEF OR GHI) of the stone, the type of metal for the setting, and any other information you feel pertinent); refresh the page if "upload option " not appear
2.Add your design to your cart and click Checkout. Your total for the quote should be $0.Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct upon checkout;
3.Once you have submitted your customization quote request, our customization team will get back to you with a quote via the email you provided or via phone call within 24 hours.
Steps of Customization
1. Esdomera creates and sends the customer a CAD image within 48 hours, The customer must then confirm that the CAD image is to their liking, or request any adjustments. A free ring sizer to confirm the customer's size can be sent upon request.
2. Esdomeracreates and processes the jewelry (this usually takes 7-10 business days).
3. Esdomerasends pictures of the finished jewelry for the customer's final approval via email;
4.Esdomeraships the jewelry (shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days),
5. The jewelry is received by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery:

The total shipping time for your order consists of two main components: the crafting time for the ring and the shipping time to your location.

Crafting Time:

• Gold Rings require 2-3 weeks for crafting.
• Silver Rings typically take about 4 weeks to craft.

Shipping Time:

• For the United Kingdom and United States, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.
• For Canada, Australia, and European countries, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

Rush Orders:

• Rush orders are available only for Gold Rings.
• The crafting time can be expedited to within 2 weeks.
• The shipping time for rush orders is reduced to 2-5 business days.

Please note that these times are estimates and can be subject to change based on various factors including order volume and the destination's customs processing times.

Return Policies:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item
• Items must be in original, unworn condition with all documentation.
• Missing Moissanite certificates incur a 30% replacement fee.
• Modified, engraved, or resized items not returnable.
• Wear or damage prevents returns.
• Unauthorized/refused delivery packages not refunded.
• Original shipping costs not refunded (unless damaged/defective).
• ESDOMERA deducts shipping and gift packaging charges from refunds.
