The total shipping time for your order consists of two main components: the crafting time for the ring and the shipping time to your location.
Crafting Time:
- Tungsten/Damascus Steel Rings require 1-4 weeks for crafting.
- 10K/14K/18K Solid Gold Rings require 2-3 weeks for crafting.
- 925 Sterling Silver Rings typically take about 3-4 weeks to craft.
Shipping Time:
- For the United Kingdom and United States, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.
- For Canada, Australia, and European countries, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.
Rush Orders:
- Rush orders are available only for Gold Rings.
- The crafting time can be expedited to within 2 weeks.
- The shipping time for rush orders is reduced to 2-5 business days.
Please note that these times are estimates and can be subject to change based on various factors including order volume and the destination's customs processing times.

Return Policies:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all documentation.
- Missing Moissanite certificates incur a 30% replacement fee.
- Modified, engraved, or resized items not returnable.
- Wear or damage prevents returns.
- Unauthorized/refused delivery packages not refunded.
- Original shipping costs not refunded (unless damaged/defective).
- ESDOMERA deducts shipping and gift packaging charges from refunds.
- clearance, select services, custom/engraved items, and custom-sized rings not returnable.
- Note: ESDOMERA may limit or restrict returns for misuse (e.g., excessive returns or fraud). Contact us :service@esdomera.com for the return address before shipping packages back.
